get that all the time at my job too... (Which I am at now)
CAn't get web pages, either a virus/worm or firewall/AV is stopping it.
Even if your firewall/AntiVirus has been working fine, they download automatic updates and can change after they update.

Most people don't want to here this though.
It is ME who has broken the internet!

It does look to me that the "FAQ" section is gearing up to list known "login/registration issues". Would have been nice if........ instead of seeing "could not register new user" for the last year, a message would pop up saying....T U R N O F F Y O U R NORTON!!! . .How was I to guess THAT?

Hey DD. Would have replied faster but , you know........I had to turn off my internet security to say "Hi" and I was hit by that latest worm. Oh no, gotta go....here comes a trojan frothing @ the mouth with what looks like terminal viruses. All in the name of Datto talk! .........AIN'T THAT COOL! ............Sorry, It's going to take some time before I feel OK about this whole mess.

Hey, that was gonna be my next suggestion to you when you said "I QUIT!". I run into this all the time at work (firewall, "privacy", "blockers" and other kinds of Internet-related programs can cause you not to see your favorite web site). I used to provide support for some high-volume web sites.

Wish I could say I was glad to be back. We'll see. Right now I'm not quite sure WHAT I feel. Frustration to anger to F' it to F' off....still kept trying to get back though. ... .....would've been nice if there was a banner on the home page that said something like................"TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET SECURITY YOU DUMB SON OF A Be-atch",,,,,,,,I know, forgive me, what must I have been thinking. . .I should have thought about turning off my protection......so I coulds,,,, continue on talkin 'bout rust, n struts, n tire/wheel combos!!! Whatever. no
