I have taken one off my ute while I fit a fuel tank, I don't know if I will be able to fit it back on. I am how ever after a towbar for a 120Y sedan. The ute one may be for sale down the track.

I've got one I pulled off a ute, everything there. In canberra, can be in Wagga if anyones interested. A six pack of Coopers would do.
I've also got an aluminium bullbar, not for a datsun, more likely a Hilux. Its got mounts, but could be made to fit anything I think. Another bit of scrap taking up precious space. It comes with a rear bar with towbar attached. $50.00 ONO

I have tried to fit a sedan towbar to a ute -did not fit.
I have a sedan one as well if anyone needs one.

if u were in sydney i would take it.

on the coupe it is the same towbar except the top half of the mounting bolt holes arent even there. they are held by just the two lower bolts.
from the towbar itself, the top metal plate is cut off on both ends. these two would probably hit the fuel tank, under the boot.

Do you have any pics? How did it mount on the sedan?
