You sure you are not thinking of the Weber 40 DFAV which is not a progressive but simultaneous downdraught carb. It looks almost the same as a 32/36.

Possibly. I have not really paied that much attention to one. I was just suggesting a more common possibility.

I thought 14/15 extractors mounted different cos Nisspares have b110/210 extractors new real cheap, but I was told they womt mount up to an a14/15.

I belive the XE/XF foolcans ran a 2 barrell d/d webber not to different to the escort items. And they have an electronic fuel cut to stop the engine 'running on' when switched off.

if he's not i will, PM me if ya want one, they are evrywhere here, you'll need to grab yourself a rebuild kit (around $50) but you should be able to put that through it yourself without too much drama

any a-series extractors will work a12/14/15

I did not realise you are in tassie.

I have 2 32/36 complete and one in bits under my bench!

They are quite common here. Are their any small ford clubs in tassie? They may be of some help.

I bought brand new a 38/38 webber for $400 a couple of years ago. I am not sure if they are still avvailable now though.
