Cool thanks for the info. I guess I'll just start collecting parts and see where I'm at once I've gotten everything in a pile :)

Here's a 210 with a KA24DE. I took this pic at Shasta last year. Having looked at some of this years pics, I guess he was there this year too.
I remember him saying it was a pretty staight forward swap. Not a bolt in, but not a nightmare either. He used a section of 3" tubing welded in the firewall to clear the exhaust. I think he had to have the throttle body cut and rewelded to face the right way, too. He also had Jim Wolf Technology burn a new chip for the ecu.
That's all I can remember.
sorry

If I go with bumpers it will def be some chrome bumpers. Even if I have to find "something else" to get them off of. :)

Does anyone have more info about carb'ing a ka24de motor?

nice B210/120Y that grill looks like a aussie late model 120Y grill - my 1977 120Y had an indentical grille before I removed it...

the US grill would have had the indicators in the grille...

Urban_Myth they aren't that different...

our 120Y has the bracket under the rear bumper for the licence plate where the US spec B210 has the licence plate between the taillights...
The B210 was sold in many european countries but they are the LHD version of what us aussies got...

my reccomendation... get the aussie style bumpers and rear licence plat frame/lights

Yeah I'm probably going to keep it w/o bumpers, and keep the interior gutted. keep it rat rod :) The metal might get a bit hot in the 120 degree heat here in the deset though :P

This is what the interior looks like right now..

If you're wondering about the stance, the current owner cut the springs and used blocks (something I will have to correct if I get the car).

And it's missing it's bumpers...
