I don't want to be a nit-picker but is it possible for the link to go to the photo page that shows the comments etc instead of just the pic? for example this page:

http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=7006
instead of this one
http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photos/7006.jpg

That way you can see the discussion about the pic and repond. IF it's too much trouble that's no problem - i can cut and paste ".php?lid=" and put .jpg at the end. Thansk again for the link!

Cool - please post a link when it's done! It does sound easy but I dont' know how to write a program like that. I only have very basic HTML "skils".

Well, it's not real hard:

Example of a thumbnail link:

http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photos/thumbs/4184.jpg

Look for latest photo "number" at:
http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/

Get max photo value in the page text: "There are 6970 Photos in our Database, add a new one."

So we know that values from 1 to 6970 are valid.

So you just use a script to markup a page with as many thumbs as you want using IMG references like:

http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photos/thumbs/XXX.jpg

Where XXX is a number from 1 to 6970.

Easy. I'll make it up from my site if you like. I should be able to write it up tonight.

Just wanted to say how much I love the random pic generator on the top right of the home page. I find lots of great stuff there. Is there any way for the site owner/programmer to set up a random pic page where you can view several at once so you dont' have to reload the main page to see another one? I for one would use it a lot.
