if the 1200 ute has a h145 centre,yes it'll fit.if it's a h165 centre,no it won't.the difference between the 2 centres is easily seen,but the best way to check is get a standard 1200 diff housing gasket & see if it'll fit the ute centre.this will save you having to remove the
existing centre just to compare them.
