ive grinded my hooks off but id say go hard top look better waterproof and safer to keep #### in.
not really any help but advice instead :P

mine has one of the covers your talkin about, the pic is in my photo album, so you can have a geez at it there.
not real good for keepin water out tho, well probly not as good as a hooked one.
i wouldnt mind a fiberglass one instead of the clip on one

just bought my datto last week, got a stock standard 1200 ute hope to build on it

just wondering if anyone has grinded off the hooks at the back and riveted in a clip on canvas any help on how to do this or anyone whos done it before would be much appreciated
