Yep the old turbo is a GTi-R T28, which needs a rebuild.

If you want to make an offer though - Feel free.

Ash is right.....thatg is the standard 4" bellmouth, and it's very nice I must say. I am hoping to build the restrictor (36mm) to be able to fit into this bell mouth without machining it. That way I can run some fun events like the Bathurst weekend and Datnats without the restrictor!

Mark.

um, that's the stock 4" bellmouthy snout those suckers have - the restrictor would be 34mm IIRC?

is that venturi bit the restrictor???
bigger than I thought. mmmm A12 turbo could still pull some serious air through that for some good power

Well, I finally got a new turbo for the race car. After much deliberation, research and talking to people I finally bit the bullet and bought the damn thing!

A Garret GT2876r now graces the engine bay of the Sunny. It's a shame we have to stick a restrictor on the front of it, but them's the brakes!

Now we have to build a new restrictor and a new airbox with some CAI. Running ahead of schedule for this time of the year, not too much left to do before we get the car back on the dyno and out to a test day!
