You'll have to get some stanza steering arms and castor rods. I dont think 1200 sway bar wont work because of the added width, you'll need a 120y one. Have you looked into a diff that will fit and equal width of stanza front end, what are you doing with the rear brakes.
You wont be able to fit any smaller than 15in wheels with what you want to do either.

in all honesty i think your up for a fair bit of work to do this setup......do you have all the parts you are planing to use? If not i would look at some other setups that are definetly going to work befor spending money only to find you have to spend a whole lot moreto make the bits fit togeather....IMO

How easy are the calipers to get and what sort of price range?

I dont know why stanza struts bar the fact they have spring seat same diameter as the 1200. We used stanza struts in my partners car and it bottoms out quite severely if you go over a spoon drain etc. I got some inserts for a 70's 200sx, gonna go for them with a shortened strut housing. Also if you need to shorten strut housing, dont cut and weld, cut and get new thread tapped in, much stronger this way.

On there it says he uses 200b struts,

Im sure the verada discs are machined somehow, maybe supplied blank and drilled to suit 114.3 or could be modified for the 180b hub?
As i have stated before, the stanza struts dont allow enough travel in the suspension, maybe find some inserts that fit in diameter and make up a spacer to fit on the top of the insert to make up difference.
Also sunny control arms should be same as stanzas,
you cannot use the 1200 ball joints or castor rods or steering arms, who told you to do so?

take a look at this

i know i have to make a dog-bone type bracket to fit the caliper to the strut but he does use verada discs even tho it dont say that. and im 99% sure u can use sunny control arms with the rest of the 1200 steering setup.

stanza struts = yes
Why 180b hubs?
verada disks = yes with some important mods
rx7 s4 calipers = no idea.......do the holes on the strut line up, is the offset right for the verada disks, the verada vented disks are pretty fat will it fit in between the pads on the calipers?????
sunny control arms = i used the stanza ones not sure on the benifits of the sunny control arms

I used stanza struts kingswood calipers skyline inserts king springs verada disks and adjustable ride height.......any more Q's just ask

hope this helps
