Dude, stick an a14 crank in an a15, and you'll get heller low cr. (7.22:1) Use an A15 crank in an A14, and the tops of the pistons will stick 2.5mm out the top of the block at tdc.

the 9:1 in the standard A14 (i hope thats right??) is fine for the 7psi max u have. note, the bigger crank in the A15 will increase the compression ratio. allow for this before you buy one.
if you want to keep something around the standard comp ratio then use a thicker head gasket (about 2mm).
other than that, the bigger valves and a good port and polish of the standard A14 head will work a treat!
other than that, i think JTS do something for these engine in regards the head. but im not sure.

OK iv got A14 with draw through supercharger running 7psi max. im looking for a new head to run on it but want to know what you guys suggest, ill prob be putting most our work into the head, what do you guys think of larger valves, flowed, with standard CR? ill get a elect dizzy from feral. i have New, standard spec internals. and a A15 crank into the A14 is on the cards. So im looking for a good A14 head and A15 crank. im not planning on spending to much money but if its value for money/power ill have to do it...
