Well the car went well for a while I actualy got boost earlier from around 1500-2000rpm it had 0.2bar and reached full boost of 1bar at around 4000rpm a real smoothe ride increasing in boost and power as you accelerated.
But now the car is missing occasionaly and idols like crap but only sometimes and theres a definet lack of power so im going to check the points and change the plugs and try find out whats goin on.

Pulled the carb off today and drilled out the primary a bit just waiting for the gasget stuff to dry so I can take it for a run.
When I pulled the jet out it had 132 on it but someones obviously already drilled it out because the next size up was a 205 dam thats big the ford 2L na cars are using 140 mains for a standard engine.

Took it for a test drive and it runs realy well its a bit lagy but its alot smoother and definetly needs to be re jetted it runs fairly stoich till about 5500rpm then starts to lean off after that

Turbo is back on the car and have taken for a testdrive and although it was making some boost it didnt feel right pulled over and the gasget between the carb and the carby hat-plenum thingy had been blown out and was leeking boost also blew out one of the bolts (was half stripped anyway) so looks like im going to the shop to get some new bolts and some slaz (that blue gasget stuff) man that stuff is strong
Any way should know how it goes soon will let you all know then.

Got my turbo back this afternoon $1150 was the price......my wallet is sore but my right foot will be happy soon lol
Will get started workin on it tomorow...i hope all is sweet now
