I got a multifit one off of ebay a few weeks ago - I think WhiteSedan got one too...

$35 incl postage.

Keep an eye out - it's usually listed under Nissan not Datsun...

Hotrod,
Grant still makes one for the 1200, and you can get the number off their website. I believe with a third party adapter AND the Grant boss kit, you can also use a Momo wheel and a few others that match their mounting pattern.

Repco, along with many others, list the Autotechnica boss, & I bought two of them not long before Xmas. They fit both the 1200 & the 120Y.

Just be aware that the blinker canceling pins are just a tad closer together than the originals & this may cause come unreliability in blinker cancelling. I bent the pins outward just a tiny little bit untill they matched the originals & have had no problems with either of my sons cars since.
