nearly all modern cars now have aluminium heads they all have hardened valve seats so there is no problem with unleaded fuel

can i ask wat the consequences of not using a lead substitute on an aluminium head will be.? will the exhaust valves burn out or somthin?

All nissan/datsun A-series have alloy heads.

J-series and pommy variants of this engine had cast iron heads.

Another advantage of aluminum heads is that they conduct heat better, and so can often use 1/2 point compression on the same fuel as compared to iron heads.
