heat sinks and all!

Guys I am after answers toteh following if anyone can help me.
1. What are the pistons that can be used in the A15 to get the 1608cc. I know they are 120thou of 79mm but what are they out of. I don't want the cost of something custom made.
2. I've heard that you can make a 5 speed box out of the front casing of a c20 van 4 speed and the guts or back half of the Stanza 5 speed (L series). I have seen both boxes side by side
and can't see them fitting. Can the Stanza box be fitted up with a different clutch and sandwitch plate or something. Obviously I'm asking due to the rarety and cost of the Sunny 5 speed.
3. If not at all possible I notice that the van casing has a casting for a hydraulic clutch mechanism. I have a Toyota slave and master cylinder but whay model can I get the clutch fork
etc from.
4. I was also told the Datsun 1600 valves fit in the A15 head. Is there a particular model to get etc.
5. Is it possible to get an alloy rocker cover and if so where are the expensive.
Sorry for so many questions hope someone can help.
