Thats not a good thing to happen at all! Your lucky in that the seat mounting pionts are perfectly horizontal on all models. I still havent figured out if my 120y coupe has an auto tunnel which might explain my seat mounting pions being stepped or if the engine in it was attaced to an auto origionally which would make no whoop to me at all.

yes wagon, ute/sedan seats will bolt in as the rails are all the same for the 1200's.
You can use kb laser recliner seats as you just have to drill 2 holes on the rail as they length between the front/rear distance is 3cm further apart (there is enough meat on the stock rails to do this. Width is the same(almost 1/2mm wider can use existing holes).

its quite easy to install a different seats in a 1200 you just need to make bracket or drill holes.
Look in the tech section and there's a few seat conversion there done neatly.

hey all, driving my coupe down the street today and "BANG" my freaking drivers seat reclines itself back! lucky there was no cars in the other lane.. very scary, so yeh i checked it out and the mechanism on the recliner has lost its teeth, looks like i need a new seat, i got a spare wagon, are the wagon and coupe front seats the same?? (they in different places so its hard to match atm) or does anyone know an easy seat swap?? I would preferably like to put new seats in alltogether what seats should i go looking for at the wreckers???
thanks all!
