Hey Bro, I have Delloroto 40's dhla, and the funny thing is the enrichment pulls to the front of veh. I ran a hard wire between the 2, then a long cable to front carby. altho it works, I 86'd the cable setup, as it never really gets that cold here in Cali! I just pump the accelerator 3-4 times and she fires right up!

If these carbs are a matched pair from an Alfa, then by cruising the website in my link. posted earlier, you can see that they were designed to use a single cable for both carbs.
A very clever design I thought.

Note
The Roadster cables are in $US while the others are in $Au, so you would need to convert one to the other to get an accurate comparison.

I know where you can get a dash mounted dual cable set, trimmable to fit whatever application. They're in the US though

510/Bluebird "SSS" choke cable

Roadster cable

The roadster site has a generic version available that is a little cheaper. I bought one of these for my dual SU setup. If you need to know travel distance, length or anythign let me know and I can check mine. I don't know the length of the SSS one, and it's real pricey anyway.

Both are NLA from nissan here in the US. Hope this helps.

Yes, the DellOrto's don't have a choke,... in the conventional sense, but an enrichment device instead.
I have had a look at the schematic of these DHLA carbs & I like the way they work. No shaft or butterfly to disturb the airflow. The operation of these enrichment devices is quite simple & should be easy enough to hook up, even if you did it to only one carb.

It would run a bit crook untill it warmed up, but it would start & run.

This mob claim that they have DellOrto parts that even the factory doesn't have.

You should be able to run the one cable from the choke on the rear carb to the front carb and it will pull both chokes open, thats the way the alfa's have it set-up, just trim some of the outer off to get more cable. Thats if its long enough, otherwise a sunny choke cable will fit and is longer!
