A good wife is an amazing thing...........my wife has seen me with various limbs swollen up and still is very supportive of me motorcycling. In fact when I confessed I really missed motorcycle road racing she suggested I take the old 77 Yamaha YZ to some vintage MX meets and have some fun with the rest of the 40ish bald guys with bad knees.

You make sure to keep that women happy as you won't find another one like her mate.

I don't ride as much as I used to , just on weekends . I use to ride in heavy traffic everyday so it was just a matter of time before I got cleaned up . I'd love to put a busa engine in a 1200 ute but I honestly don't think it would work I mean it's got the power but I don't think it would have the torque to push the car fast enough on take off ,Oh and my wifes the one that pushed me to get back on a bike

a) the wing sucks
b) autokat that is just phenomenal that you went through that and want to get back on the bike...must be pretty addictive. Why dont you consider a Busa powered 1000 or Mini or something like that. At least on the road you will have something around you and keep the bike riding for track days like wakefield park or something...man I hate to see you go through that again yet alone youre wife!!!
