You could be right, Im not sure if the sr box has bigger selectors or if its the same as the r30. SR20 has one selctor which is 16mm the other 2 are 12mm (I think)

There is actually a bearing change required!

(Mildman, I changed the secondary shaft front bearing to the CA20 item in the box I sold you)

Does it look like the selector shaft has extra room around it? When I did it I thought it all fitted perfectly except for that one bearing.

EDIT: That is referring to a CA20 bellhousing on an R30 box, not SR bellhousing.

I belive if you use a CA20 Bellhousing on a R30 stumpy that there is no bearing change required.

The bearing change is only needed if you use the CA18 bellhousing.

Hi guys,

I know the bearing has to be changed for a larger one but can anyone shed any light on whether they sleaved the selector shaft? I know when i did the reverse for the SR box behind L series i had to drill it out.

Thanks in advance,

Richard
