If a 70-year Douglas Fir lands on your car, I doubt it could be saved. They weigh about a gazillion pounds. Likely to be 60 meters tall. It's enough wood to build 20 houses (or something like that) ...

That can be salvaged surely without much work. Once and if you decide to salvage it never leave it on the street again.

Something about a nearly-complete FWD Datsun invites disaster!
I was a few days from finishing my E10 when it was hit by a taxi... while parked! Jeez.
I'm trying to save it- it should be off to the body shop in a little while. Will you be parting out your F-10? I need to find a 5-speed shift linkage and some other little parts.

Well luck is certainly not on my side these days.... Had been working on repairing the body rust on my F10, After bout a month of solid work the car was all ready to rip, But i was called away from town for a week. Low and behold when i returned I found my Dat under a 70yr old fir.... Right down the blimey center of the car.

No salavging of the hopped up lil datsun to speak of
