Even 140hp would be a huge figure for an A15 (talking at the wheels here)
biggest I have seen confirmed is 126
I now have the efi off that engine and hope to push out around 130-135 with the rebuild

I am looking at using some Mazda B6 1600 pistons for my next rebuild to give around 11.5:1 compression
Need to go out to 78mm bore to fit these though

If you find a better alternative I'm all ears

Hey guys, i'm sure this has been covered but I could not find what I was after.

I'm building an A15 and I am looking for a piston to get my compression ratio up with out going to forgies.

My head has been flowed to around 170hp but I have been told that the standard piston loose thier dynamic compression when run with a large cam and would not expect to see more that 140hp.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. The less effort to fit the better.
