Go thru all the insulation carefully your car could have been a scapel corby of the datsun world LOL
I have herd heaps of stories from the states when guys buy an old low rider or somthing the pull it apart and find a stash that gives em cash to build the car

It was just like insultaion stuffed inside every panel. Wasnt held on by anything just stuffed in real tight. Ill take it for a drive today and see if anything vibrates if not ill just leave the stuff out.
This might be why my ute is such a nice drive with no rattles and stuff

Hey,
I was putting my new taillights in today when i noticed all my panels in the tray were full of like insulation stuff, even the tailgate!!! Does anyone know why someone would do this?? I have filled the back of scotts wagon up with the stuff there was that much!
I took it out because i was told it would just be holding moisture in there but since someone had clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to put it in i thought i would ask if there may be a reason behind it?
