yeah i saw all that stuff.. but i didn't ask how much power they got.. i asked can you feel the difference between each engine...
meaning driving a A14 and driving a A15 can you notice the whole 3hp more??
Screw the HP, you will never feel 3hp in an empty ute. The two things that would be important, if the engines condition & price are about equal, .... are
1. Torque.
2. Future potential.
If you plan to haul any load with this, then the heavier the load, the more you will notice a difference. In this instance a load can be regarded as a steep hill too. That's torque.
If you plan to develop this engine further at some time on the future, then you will always be in front with the larger displacement. Both engines will survive at RPM levels that frighten the crap outa me.
The A14 is a really good engine, but the A15 just has the edge.
If the A14 is in good condition & priced at half the price of the A15, then it will be a very good choice, but as I said, if all else is equal, then go for the A15.
