You must not look at very many manufacturer's sites. 12" tires are easy to find. I recently bought a set of 55-series low profiles. Several manufacturers make 70-series tires.
Anyways, Ansen made some good wheels and if you want the classics, there they are.

You'd think that after (at least) a year of trying to sell these for that price, you might realize that you have no takers at that price.
I have been looking at tires lately and can't recall a single manufacturer that even has 12" tires listed on their website anymore.
