gemini radiator, thermo fan ( auto or manual its up to you) and a permacool oil cooler kit. use a genuine nissan thermostat and youll never see temps above 80 degrees C

well highway driving is less strenuous on the radiator than stop start traffic work.

always use a regular motor driven fan when you can, then put a thermo on aswell and either have it manually operated or automatically controlled to come on when the water gets over a certain temp.

and if you are upgrading from an A12 to 14 then it is advised to get a gemini radiator or N14 pulsar 1.

but if you had an A14 from stock, then it will be fine, just get it cleaned if it has little floaty bits...

yeah thats what i have been thinking. it has little white fluffy things floating in the water. so i was thinking of getting it cleaned. but im planning on doing abit of highway driving and dont want it breaking down halfway everyday

You could use both, but I'd recommend getting your radiator cleaned or look for a new radiator.

Seriously, having a clean radiator makes ALL the difference. I've had problems in the past, where you would have sworn the radiator was clean and flowing well, but it would overheat.. Then I went and got another radiator from another 1200, and it made a massive difference.

whats better to use to keep the a14 cool. does a thermo keep the radiator cooler then the normal fan that runs off the motor? whats the better option.
