Something's wrong. Only 7300 miles, but it is not the original engine (1974 models came with A13 engine). And didn't the Honey Bee come out later, in 1976?

I cam across a 74 Datsun honey bee with 7,300 miles on it. the person that owns it says that he think the engine is siezed. Its a 4 speed, a-14 has a few tears a ding right fender and paint is pretty oxidized I offered him $300 and he said he would take it what you all think?
