yeh I'm hoping it will do the job, the old one is just a choped mercedes core, nothing special and wouldnt been fine if it didnt have big holes in it

those ebay rad actually work ok, saw one used real well in a evo 6... also another in an evo 3 that kept overheating and apparently had recoed radiator.... but didnt.

I just put a ebay alloy rad in my 120Y, its meant for a ca18 s13. Its pretty massive. Old one is on top for reference

im running a alloy sr20 radiator fits beautifuly nice and snug. . i moved the bottom inlet up so that it would allow the radiator 2 drop down now its perfect. .

Only the S13 Ca18 will fit the CA conversion the SR has the top hose on the passenger side.
Im using the R32 skyine radiator, twice as thick in the core but its about 20mm higher so you need to mod the bonnet frame, but you get better cooling.
