kinda soonish...before I have to start driving around looking for houses at least...Just bought a new battery...now im not getting any charge into it!
Ill have some money on thursday so ill see what the auto elect quotes me first maybe.

Sorry for hijacking this thread.
What Bosch altenator will fit onto a older A12 motor. (The A12 motor with the altenator in the bottom right corner below the water pipe).
Preferably an altenator that will fit onto the original mounting bracket without mods and also small enough to fit into the small space.

I would go straight to your nearest auto leccy and get a new one with a built in regulator

Ok so it REALLY objected to having battery acid shoved down its throat...
Anyone got one lying around or able to suggest where I could obtain one to suit an A12?

...Or maybe even how much they are worth would be a good starting point.
