As Ddgonzal says, the A13 that was used in the 1974 US model B210 is quite rare but it does not really offer a lot by way of performance improvement. The 10% increase in stroke [from 70mm out to 77mm] will boost torque & I suspect that this engine was originally installed in the B210 to maintain performance in the bigger & heavier body.

This engine is basically an A14 with a smaller bore [73mm] &, as Ddgonzal points out, the small port head.
The fact that it was replaced with the A14 after only one year must tell us something.

Having said all that, being an A series Datsun engine, it will still be a good & reliable powerplant, & if rarity means anything to you, then it would be a good choice as production A series engines don't come much rarer than this.
If it's performance you're after, then find an A14 or A15, but, as Ddgonzal has said, only the 1200 engine will be a direct replacement.

The 1974 A13 engine is quite rare, only about 100,000 were made.

It is 117cc bigger than the A12, weighs more, and is not a direct bolt-in.

Peak HP will not be greater than the A12 (they use the same cylinder head). But low-RPM horsepower will be up a little bit. About 1% across most of the RPM range.

Swapping 1974 A13 is the same procedure as an A15 (which is 7% more power than an A12). For an 1971-1973 A12 this means fabricating motor mount adapters.
