hey 120fly yeah the crossmemember is the same from a vn to vh as i am in the middle of doing street commodores vc to fit a vs blown v6 in to a vh....

k frames should swap straight over

i mate of mine had a v6 in a vk, and im pretty sure he just used a vn k frames
hes since gone for the injected 5 litre...just using a vn ss k frame

i personally would go an efi v8 if your gonna go to the trouble of converting

but anyway, ive just used a pat gardner kit to put a v6 into my mates 2wd hilux.. it was pretty good, id reccomend his work.

Try www.v6conversions.com.au (don't know how to make this clickable). Seen these guys in Street Machine plenty of times, they make fitting kits for most models of Holdens.

besides my datsuns im currently looking at putting a V6 vn motor in my vh sle .
Can anybody tell me if the front ends are interchangable vn to vh havent found much info on these conversion ,cheers geoff
