go a bracket off the manifold bolts and she'll all be apples .... only thing i cant make out is that it looks like the throttle cable will run over the top of the cam wheeel?? no fear of wearing out carb shafts with the set up you've got ... think there may have been a little lack in description for how the setup is some carb setups, people run a single cam wheel at the end of one carb and then rely on the actual carb shaft to twist both thru a joiner between the two ... that way the back carb shaft takes all the twist resistance of both carbs and will prematurley wear out the rear carb ...

the last thing you want to do is wear out the shafts prematurely on a set of 1200 dollar carbs

apparantly having it at the back puts more stress on the throttles and the shafts wear out quicker. On mine I made a metal bracket that bolted to the last manifold stud, but one welded to the rocker cover would have been better

On the linkages for my sidedrafts, the pulley for the accel cable is at the back (closest to firewall) and i mostly see people running sidies with the pulley in the center. anyway i want to run it at the back how it is now but i wud need to make up a bracket for the cable. Anyone have any pics of how they've done it before? It shouldnt be hard to do but just looking for ideas. there are a few easy places the bracket could bolt to on the back of the head or just weld to the rocker cover.
