I bought some a while back. Let me see if I can find it.

Edit: I found it. I placed it on my GX head. It's not sitting flush because I have not punched the holes out for the intake. I think you get the idea.

Yes, Pitroad has them listed in their catalog. Nissan Motorsports also had them (someone got one last year).

I might have asked this before, but does anyone make these? The permaseal ones are no good becacuse the section above the intake ports dips down. This means if I open the top up to match the taller ports, the top wall of the gasket is too thin to seal. Especially on my forced motor.
