Hi I made hub adapters for my race car, it wasn't that hard. You get some alluminium round and a lathe and machine them up.

Other Than Spacers, Remember 15'tyres will require low profile tyres,

I have proper set mags fitted to my Ute, No spacers was needed, however i still had to trim the front end of the wheelarch in front. And I have 195, 45, 15 Yokohama tyres on.
Spend a lil more, and put on well specd set of mags and tyre

Here's mine Open in new window

Yep, Its not a bad idea, but like you said the cost to do that it may not worth it. You just put me back on my senses. Looks its not the most important to me, and I guess is not for everyone here, otherwise we will not had fallen in love with old dattos, correct me if I`m wrong.
I will just look for the best looking wheel that fits.
thanks a lot

mate.. you are going to have to understand that you may not be able to achieve this. You are talking a lot of effort to achieve a cosmetic result.

You need 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern wheels.

You could modify the axle bolt pattern to 5 x 114.3 using S13,S14,S15 parts.

It should not cost 'the earth' to import the appropriate wheels from the USA to satisfy your needs...unless you are in Cuba

Yes indeed, I am aware of that, but here in south america that is not a problem. if somebody had some pics and or dimension it would be lot easier for me. I think that spacers are not easy to build and make it in CNC may be too expensive.

Of course, there is the alternative, ... you could use the correct offset wheels in the first place & not need to deal with potentially illegal spacers.
Sounds like a plan.

Dear friends,
I would like to place in my 93 ute some 15 inch rims, but I realize that some rims will rub parts in the chassis, and also it may not be nicely aligned horizontally, means wheels too much inside. So my questions is how to make some spacers and or adaptor, maybe also changing 4x108 separation to 4x100 most common separation.

thanks a lot.
