Dattoman_1000 had some custom alloy hubs made up for his 1000 disk brake kit. PM him if he doesn't see this thread.

Boy's and Girls I need some advise.
I am getting new wheel hubs turned up on the lathe and i need to know what grade of steel/alloy to use. They are replacement 120Y style with commodore 5 stud pattern.
Would steel be better than alloy?
I know it will be lighter but is it better? And what grade?
Thanks in advance.
Nick
