Nothing, it's better then a lot out there, but a brand new Garrett T25 wouldn't cost much more then $800 ( a Garrett T28bb is around $1100).

If that's the case (I'm guessing $900 at best for new T25) then the quality of the Garrett, they are the best, will override the cost of the KKR.

My opinion anyway, I wouldn't buy anything but Garrett.

Don't go the KKR, if you're gonna spend $800 may as well go a bit more and buy the more reputable Garrett.

I wouldn't be willing to let mine go for less then $200 plus postage (between $15-$20 to QLD) 'coz it is pretty good and I may need it myself.

If this is too pricey try eBay. There's always T25's for sale on there. You may not know the condition but you should really get any second hand turbo rebuilt before you use it, regardless of condition.

as little as possible, really depends on the condition. Whats your asking price? my second opion is a brand spankin new kkr 280 for 800 bucks but requires saving cash and will require adapting an SU to the front

How much you wanna spend? I got a decent one you could whack straight on a motor no drama's, but I'm tossing up whether I keep it or not (may be undertaking a series turbo project).
