i'm going to have to find some 120Y steering arms, as i went to stick the Y struts back so i can move it after swapping the springs back and everything to find they don't go on.... if you have a pair in your collection of emptying your shed send me a PM and i'll send you some cash for them!

yeah used 180b LCAs balljoints and steering arms, had bluebird struts in there while it was sitting around
but you could use any of the bigger datsun struts....or even get late ute or 120y steering arms and use 120y or coupe struts

Is the sump hump at the front or rear? 180b crossmember and L18 all bolts in, but the sump is at the back on a L18.

I would use a 180b crossmember and if your 200b sump doesnt fit in, you'll have to get the sump and pickup from a 180b or 720ute L18 or p510/1600 L16 (not H510/stanza they are frontward so are bluebird).

Or if you can be bothered try the 200b crossmember but I dont think it will bolt in,

Have fun!

L16 will fit just as easily as an L18 if you use the L18 sump

yeh after notching the castor rod mount it bolts in, and then the engine drops in.

i ended up cutting some of the rad support mount and rolled the edges, i used the stock 180B rad as well and can still use the stock fan.

i'm very happy with the result so far. just need to hook the front brake line up and bleed them and i can give it a maiden voyage

good luck with it, and don't hesitate to ask questions.

just try and get a Stanza 5speed or an R30 5 speed as they bolt up with a 120Y auto tailshaft.
