Go chuck WD40 or equivilent (rustoff is the best) on the threads and bolts about half hour before hand, also, tighten 1/8 of aturn before loosening old bolts makes it much easier and go slowly.

definately not, look inside the front guard in front of the wheel, you'll see to big bolts holding the bumper bar bracket, undo them and undo the two holding the bar to the guards (10mm on the inside) and pull the bar out from the front. remember to take the lights off or unplug them if need be

I'll have to check it out when it stops raining (probly not for a few days ).

you can undo them or undo the bolts that hold the bracket to the bar (probably rusted and will snap)

So would you say it'd be better to just mask the bumpers instead of breaking a bracket?

the bumper will have 2 big bolts on each side holding the bracket to the chassis rail, you can undo them or undo the bolts that hold the bracket to the bar (probably rusted and will snap). There are also bolts on the sides holding the bar to the guards.

The steering wheel will have screws from the back holding the rubber pad on. Then do what Ianey said, just dont use a hammer.
You could make a steering wheel puller ut of a bit of 3mm plate with 2 holes drilled in it if you needed to.

To take the steering wheel off, undo that centre nut, but dont take it off, leave it on by a couple of turns. Then just pull on the steering wheel. It will move up to the nut with a bit of heaving, then you just take them both off easily and save your nose.

Thanks. I'll check out the wheel in a minute. I should be getting a boss kit in the mail soon so I can finally put on my new wheel.

Anyone got any ideas about the bumpers?

Once you get the plastic off there will be a centre nut.
To get the steering wheel off the shaft you need a gear puller but you can try yanking it off the only prob is that it may get implanted in your face

the 1k centre horn piece is just held on with twist tabs. You pus the horn in and twist to the left and it comes off.

If there are no screws in the back of the horn cover you could try that.
