doesn't need to be at TDC, just put it back in the only way it goes in. then set your timing with a timing light. 15 degrees if i remember correctly...

there is a half moon locator in the end of the cam..if it's missing, or if somebody decided to use 2 intake cams..you are in trouble.

The fine tuning of the CAS is done with a timing light, the workshop manual and a 10mm spanner.

Hey sadly i pulled the cam angle senser out of my ca18 and i need to know how to set it up so all the timings sweet. so far i know set engine at tdc #1,line up all the notches. but i cant just slam the sensor in can i? thanks for your time
