Oh dear, Steve, you had me in tears. It's all so sad. [snif snif] I'll just go & have a nice uplifting cup of tea now.

Hmmm, you do seem to have a knack for getting up peoples noses don't you.

I started my apprenticeship as a mechanic in 1966, probably about the time your father was still in nappies & I still play with cars, so I've seen a few & still remember 1200's when they were new.
The street rod I built from half a 1917 car & rectangular hollow section steel & got registered in 1973, then ran at the Castlereagh drags apparently doesn't amount to much it would seem, because you assembled a ready made car, from ready made parts & are still trying to get it registered.
For me there was no manual, I started with half a bodyshell & half a chassis. I made my own suspension from hand sawn spring leaves & flat stock material. Then with the help of a friend, we made our own wiring harness from scratch.
Oh yeah, the Internet wasn't even a word that we'd heard yet. 34 years later that car is still on the road.
Obviously I know nothing.

You asked for help & you were given good advice. Get a manual & use your giant intellect, then all your problems will be solved.
I hope that your quality of reassembly is better than your spelling & grammar.

Well well well who is the hypocrite now?
If you yourself dont have a knack for getting up noses, I guess you sure have a knack for following trouble around and adding your dribble to it.
What exactly is this forum for? Is it to look at pictures? share info? Learn new things?
Or is it to read every posted question with a response of - get a workshop manual then you will have all the info required etc etc etc.
No wonder the Wiki was created. Nowdays because of people like yourself, this forum is either full of bullcrap stories, bullcrap advice, plain bullcrap or bullcrap posts that always say Get Yourself A Workshop Manual.
Well what happened? You used to go all out and chuck in a link to Ebay auctions for the manuals. Are you getting lazy?
No wonder most of the old members fail to post nowdays. I personally have lost a great deal of motivation in this forum. I used to care about showing who was posting uneducated bullshit. But nowdays anything i write just gets bullshit comments made about it to the point that the threads become total bullcrap. And when I say anything I write, I mean ANYTHING I write. Just like this post is no doubt going to create.
A smart man of this forum who now chooses not to post, recently told me. "This www.datsun1200.com forum has gone down hill. Its now left for postings by people with 1 digit IQ's"
Its kind of a shame dont you think?

But anyway all I really know in life is I started and COMPLETED my trade.

What are you gonna do if you live in a shoe?
Move to a boot and get laced.

Continue with the bullcrap of this forum if you must. Atleast dont let me down chumps, follow this post with your bullcrap.

so let me get this straight demo,
you managed to cobble together a car but are stumped when it comes to a bit of wiring???
ive worked with 12volt auto my whole life and could tell you that all your problems are probably caused by corrosion from sitting so long or you having no idea what your doing!!
90% of people on this site are decent people willing to help out others, while the other 10% is little pricks like yourself who have nothing better to do than raise their post counts in between recess and second period at school.
your not the only one to have built a car here, you need to pull your fat neck in and just accept that its a little hard for someone sitting 1000kms away from you to figure out your wiring issues and give you the precise answer you want. if you did all the wiring as previously stated, you may need to have a good look at what youve fcuked up or maybe never attempt wiring again because to me it seems like you have N.F.I.
get a grip.

pepper would take to a elec cause she isnt confident enough to fix her own car

pepper and tyrie say
i have no idea
i dont do anything myself

but i fixed all these problems and built it from ground up

when i first became a member i was getting usefull info but look now

90% of people are like
tryie and pepper
and only reply crap that aint worth reading

this post started off normal with normal questions
then the idiots take over it to change the subject and stir up crap

i have lost count how many times ive asked these 2 gronks tyrie and pepper to stop writting to me as they are dumb but they keep going

as i said i fixed all this and just wanted it clear that tyrie has a different car and engine to every1 on here thats why he posts up stuff that dont make sense
then pepper and her gang reply crap agree with crap

stick to the topics
