Standard oversize pistons should be available through the parts department, or an automotive supply house if you have one you can get to.
Engine reconditioners should be able to source them 'non genuine' & if all else fails, someone in another country should be able to get some for you.

To do this, it would probably be desirable for both parties to have a payPal account or some other satisfactory method of payment.

There's often a lot more to this piston swap business than first meets the eye. You need more than just a suitable bore size.
You need to take into account the pin diameter, & think about what needs to be done to make it fit, then there is the crown height, &
whatever piston or block mods are needed to make that work out & of course the skirt to crank &/or rod clearance is also an issue in some cases.
The crown shape can also be a problem in some applications too, so yet again, another thing that needs to be checked.
Once this is sorted, the ballance becomes the next step.

Sometimes these things work out, sometimes they don't, but with the A15, several piston options are available.
Three factory oversizes [up to 77.5mm bore size] & at least two flat top pistons in 78mm & 79mm bore sizes are available.
Sometimes it's better to figure out what you really want & just get the part that was made to do the job in the first place.
I've gone for 78mm flat top A14 pistons for my short stroke A13.
