yes it will fit a 1200 ute, if.....

you have the U bolts and bottom plate to suit it(from 120y)
you have the spacers and rubber crap from a 120y that goes around the leaves
you have the 120y spacer leaf, its the smallest on in the 120y spring pack...or a similar spacer
the bolt and spacers that hold the leaf pack together from a 120y

yeah its worth $50 as it and a ute diff are about the same strength wise

got offered a brand new 120y diff, brakes and drums from an old guy for $50. he said his family worked in the borg warner factry, and its been sitting on his floor in his garage for 29 yrs, un touched. first question is, will it fit a 1200 ute, and secondly is it worth 50bucks?
