BLUE is the color. Difference between local and imported 180B??
I think blue ones were local because I found one at the first wreckers I went to. Dunno. I was told by an expert to find a blue one..and it worked. Didn't do too much more research. In a light car, the wheels are more likely to spin than we are to twist and break a tailshaft. Worn out Uni joints will also cause most breakages.

ps. I still had to have mine shortened. And I'm using the S13 box.

Your on the money with the price and this is why I left this till last.

So a 180B Tail Shaft will fit the standard CA18 Manual gearbox?

Had a look in the manual but it does not cover the tailshaft. What does the BLUE Donate

you need to find a front yoke with rebuildable uni joints, and the rear to suit your diff.

I used a BLUE 180B tailshaft for the front bit and tailshaft, The tailshaft guy put new back uni-joint and flange on to suit the BW.

Full custom can cost up to $700..no kidding. Tht's using all new parts. Consider that the worst case scenario when getting pricing.

Looking around Perth for a s13 CA18 Manual tailshaft at the moment. Have yet to speak with anyone who has one.

Is the front yoke on a CA18 shaft the same as the s13 SR20 manual tailshaft??? It is going to be cut up and shortened anyway and have found plenty of Sr20 tailshafts.
