i suspect the fuel is a bit more octane than you need... lower octane may yield more power unless you have the compression to take advantage of high octane.

that timing sounds pretty low. for that octane fuel anyway.
Standard is 10 degrees in North American A12's and 7 degrees in aussie and nz if i recal correctly.

Valve clearance: What your cam vendor recommends. For stock camshaft it is 0.35mm intake and 0.35mm exhaust HOT.

That sounds about right for RWHP "at the wheels" for an A14. Stock ratings for the 2007 A14 are 47kw & 97 n-m -- "at the flywheel".

I have a a14s motor 276 cam , 36 dcd weber , std branches , powerflow 40mm pipe rockers set hot in-30 exh-35 point gap 45 plug gap 65 timing set at 8 deg running on 102.6 octane fuel but only get 51 kw at 5600 rpm & 104 nm what are the settings supposed to be and +- kw & torque please help ??
Added tnt 4-1 branch + 45mm pipe set timing @ 11 deg rocker set inlet-35 exh-40 cold sets now running 52.5kW @ 5559 rpm
110 Nm @ 3921 rpm
