chuck some new premium fuel in it and then adjust the timing advance until it pings while driving,then back it off just until it doesnt (pinging is bad), change the plugs, leads, dizzy cap and all that

well how do i go about tuning it then?
spark plugs? check the gaps. check the gap thing in the distrbutor? and then what?
but i think my carbi needs a good clean and i dunno how to do that.. coz a week bac the car didnt run too good. i put like 1/4 can of carbi cleaner through it. runs better now.

if your going to pay money to tune a 120y i think your crazy, unless its highly modded. id just do the tune yourself youll gain some valuable experience from it, and i wouldnt run premium just straight unleaded until you do the tune

thanks. getting it tuned is the first thing i was gonna do when i have money. so aftr that, so i run pulp?

if you havnt had it tuned (i doubt it) just run unleaded, and you should be able to rev it to about 6000rpm maybe 6500rpm

well i got a 76' 120y, with an a15, just wondering what fuel s the best? plain unleaded or premium?
and what is it safe to rev the car too?
and is the tandard diff in my car the h145 or h150? and would the borg warner off another 120y be stronger then those 2?
