Im looking for the throttle shaft between the two carbs also. I have one from a Z car but it needs to be modified.

Mmmm... shiney! I thought the A-series hitachi boxes were blue originally and the L-series ones were orange?

Im after one of these if anyone has one to sell?

190mm wide, 345mm long60mm deep.
the raised middle oval section is
105mm wide, 255mm long, 20mm deep.
