hmm ill have to keep the one from the ratwagon. Might even resleeve it and sell it! Its byepassing like a mo-fo!

you're kidding, i threw my master cylinder out last week! are the guards fixable?

Why would it be too corroded to resleeve ?

IBS do them but they are wrong and don't have the correct pushrod
We used to sleeve them all the time

I heard the 'glass guards were pretty good they just don't have the tab at the top near the window area .... not too hard to get around I guess.

Parts are out there... you just need to hunt abit

I did the ring around today for a master cylinder today and no one in Melbourne area can supply or order one in....I have been told I can get it re-sleeved for $110, but it's probably just a tad to corroded for that, has anyone got any ideas?

The front guards have a fair bit of rust through them too, hell of a lot cheaper to try and get some in ok nick than the cost of getting mine fixed, I know about the fibreglass guards and I have been told they don't fit properly. Anyone else held problems with these?

A few people have said they have the part's but never come through with the sale, so please only let me know if your serious I'm just about ready to dump it at the scrap heap...........

he doesnt want the fibreglass ones, wants some steel ones. Hes located in melbourne too.

you can buy brake masters new im pretty sure
and fibre glass guards are availiable. Whats wrong with yours?

I'm trying to get my 1000 on the road and it's taking me a little longer than I thought......if anyone can help, I'm looking for the following parts:

2. Rear seat
3. Front guards (I know a big ask....)
