I have a mate who a similar thing happened to, but in his case the bridge moved and Currumbin creek jumped right out in front of him.

well thats dissapointing.

theres nothing we can do but learn from our mistakes in this situation.

i backed my datto into a post at home once. but really, my reverse lights were operational.
the post should have waited for me to pass before getting in my way!

just got my car which i wont mention what it is, in for a rego inspection, it was all good, passed and had a good chat with the mechanic. as i was leaving i reversed slowly 2 avoid his custom 1 toner he had just dun up, parked behind me by about 4m. well my foot slipped of the clutch with stupid school shoes on and straight into his grill. i got off alright but it's gonna cost me heaps here i was thinkin it had all gone too well.
