need to make a crossmember up as the auto mounts are way different to the manual ones so cant use manual xmember

it would be much easier to just put an L series in there

Well i am in the middle of converting my 1200 sedan form automatic to manual. i had a flick through the wiki, but am stil unsure of what to do in regards with the g/box mounts. will i need to make up another cross member?? or move the old mounts forward? or can i use the auto cross member on the manual g/box and it bolt straight up? manual gearbox is a 4spd, with ridges incase that is of any relevence.
