Hmm we have neither of those here, I could get them out from Aus but it'd cost even more, I'm really keen for the A10.

Wouldn't most people be using their A14 crank anyway?

You better aim for an early a12 and do what dodgeman did with an a14 crank, its all budget datsun construction.

Wow, the A10 is apparently hard to get. I thought they would have been giveaways!

Anyway please let me know if you are thinking about getting rid of yours, or if you have one you don't want.

I actually like the little A10.

I'm looking at buying at in a week or two because my datsun piggy bank is very light at the moment.

An old datsun racing mechanic Gordon Dobey prepared these things to run to 10,000rpm in the late 60s, when I met him he also told me of a turbo version making over 220hp at high rpm. It cant be that bad for even on my old Kb10 it was more economical and powerful than most1ltr cars period.

Dodgeman you should see the little 2dr DeLuxe I got up here- bout 32 000 miles on it. Looking at the suspension and undercarriage and talking to the previous owner I truthfully believe this little gem has spent alot of time in the garage.

Need A10's people, only two.

Lest anyone think I am rubbishing the wonderfull A10 engine, I'm not. I have a complete running A10 engine from my coupe with 42,018 original miles on it under my bench & it's to be kept as a monument to Datsun engineering.
The daddy of all Datsun A series.

Yeah Steve I can't get a decent land line out of Rabaul (for the last two weeks) so I can't call him, I've only got access to the internet on our leased line.

If someone has them complete that'd be great.

Got an interesting project for them.

Dodge thanks for the information.
