A few years ago i bought a Daikin clutch kit for my 5 speed, but had to replace the clutch plate from the kit.
In the kit there was a NSD029U
OD 180
ID 125
ST 18

And had to swap it for a NSD030U
OD 180
ID 125
ST 24

When I say Swap I mean pay another $110 for just the clutch plate.
Did they see me coming or is this price right.

Series 1 @ 2 Bluebird are from 1981 to Feb 1985. They are model 910.

Series 1 has L series engine with points type distributor & chrome on bumpers.
Series 2 has L series engine with Hi Energy ignition [electronic] & body colour bumpers.

Series 3 [from March 1985] looks just like Series 2 but has the unloved CA20 engine.

Give Jeff Taylor a ring regarding the clutch. He sold me a good heavy duty racing one for my 63a series box for the a series. He can get both the pressure plate and the clutch plate to suit no problems there. My main thing was the clutch. I had a big 240Z brake master cylinder which I used for the Wilwoods and couldnt put a master cylinder in next to the brake cylinder. Anyway I went to the wreckers and took out a whole series 1 or 2 bluebird clutch pedal with master cylinder, lines and slave cylinder. I deleted the stock clutch pedal (easy as by removing the pin and putting in a spacer) and then bolted the bluebird assy to the firewall after i drilled some holes for the 2 bolts and the rod. The firewall around that area does need some extra stiffening. So i bolted a plate in as well. Too easy........
Tali shaft I used a stanza, shortened it and put on the yoke for your rear diff flange. Easy too!!

You can use an A10 Stanza front yoke, Auto or Manual, & i think an E series clutch plate from the Pulsar's uses the same spline as the 63a box.

Use:
* 1200 auto driveshaft
* 1200 flywheel and pressure plate
* 63a clutch disk (L-series style splines)

You can buy the latter off the shelf for a 1977 B210 5-speed. Perhaps even a 1980 A10/510 clutch disk will work.
