I believe that you probably can use one in competition if the spoiler was a factory option, ... & a small ducktail spoiler was in fact offered for Sunny 1200 & Sunny Excellent coupes.

I presume that if I am correct, then the spoiler would need to be either an original, or a replica of an original.
